These Terms of Sale govern purchases made from Körven Studio through korven-studio.com.

1. Seller

The seller is Korvenstudio LLC, operating as Körven Studio. The merchant details appear in the Contact & Support section below.

2. Products and compatibility

Read the product page before ordering. Dimensions, finish, voltage, installation type, included components, and compatibility vary by product and option. Hardwired lighting should be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with applicable local requirements. Contact us before purchase if any technical detail is unclear.

3. Orders

Your cart lets you review products, options, quantities, price, delivery details, and payment information before placing an order. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt. We may cancel or refuse an order for a failed payment, suspected fraud, incorrect information, unavailable stock, pricing error, or reasonable inability to fulfill. If we cancel after receiving payment, we refund the amount charged.

4. Prices, currency, and tax

Storefront and checkout prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout where required. The final amount appears before you place the order.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payments are handled by secure payment providers. Your bank may require additional authentication. Our separate Payment Policy provides more detail.

6. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. Free standard shipping, 1-2 Monday-Friday processing days, 3-6 Monday-Saturday transit days, and the 4-8 day total estimate are explained in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, the 14-day request window, costs, inspection, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before sending any parcel.

8. Damage, defects, and wrong items

Inspect the delivery promptly. If an item is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, keep all packaging and contact us with the order number and clear photos so we can review the case.

9. Address and customer responsibility

You are responsible for checking your email, phone number if supplied, delivery address, product option, and quantity. Contact us immediately if an order detail is wrong. A change is not guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

10. Product-specific warranties

Any product-specific written warranty shown on a product page or supplied with the item applies according to its stated terms. A general return right is not extended by an unsupported or unstated warranty claim.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Korvenstudio LLC in Wyoming, United States, without removing any mandatory right that cannot lawfully be waived. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
