At Körven Studio, we want every piece to perfectly match your expectations. If it doesn't, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.

How to make a return?

To start a return, simply email us at:

Please include:

• Your name
• Your order number
• The product concerned
• The reason for the return (optional)

We will then send you detailed instructions along with the return address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Eligibility conditions

To be accepted, the product must:

• Be in its original condition
• Not have been used
• Be returned in its original packaging
• Include any accessories

Items returned without prior request cannot be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

We will proceed with a replacement or refund depending on your situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 30 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, please first make a return and then place a separate new order. This is the fastest way to receive the new item.
