Payment Policy

This policy explains currency, accepted payment methods, security checks, order confirmation, and refunds for purchases on korven-studio.com.

Secure processing

Payments are handled by the secure providers connected to our Shopify checkout. Körven Studio does not store full card numbers on its own systems. Checkout may use encryption, fraud screening, and bank authentication.

Authorization and authentication

Your bank may request verification through 3-D Secure, a banking app, a one-time code, or another security step. A bank can decline a transaction even when the card details look correct. If that happens, check the information, available funds, and any bank message before trying again.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation is sent after checkout accepts the order. Keep the order number for support. If you do not receive the email, check the address entered at checkout and your spam folder, then contact us.

Charges and fraud review

The checkout tells you when and how your payment method will be charged. We may hold or cancel an order when payment cannot be confirmed or fraud screening identifies a material risk. If we cancel an order after a completed charge, we refund the amount charged.

Refunds

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. We issue them according to our Return & Refund Policy. Your bank or payment provider controls how long the credit takes to appear after issue.

For a payment question, email us with your order number. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, bank passwords, or one-time authentication codes by email.
