The Japandi AllianceThe VERTIN ceiling light is a silent encounter between mineral strength and vegetal warmth. By fusing a body in raw Travertine with a base in Walnut Wood, it embodies the essence of the Japandi style: a minimalism that sacrifices nothing to emotion. It is a miniature architectural piece for your ceiling.
Living & Unique MaterialUnlike uniform industrial light fittings, VERTIN is alive. The travertine stone features asperities, micro-cavities and colour nuances unique to each piece. Every lamp is a unique piece: these variations are not defects, but the signature of nature in your interior.
Architectural LightDesigned to sculpt the space, VERTIN’s cylindrical design projects a precise and downward light beam (“downlight”). It is ideal for punctuating a corridor, enhancing a kitchen island or creating a hushed atmosphere at the bedhead. Available in White Travertine for softness or Volcanic Black for contrast.
Installation & Light SourceThe light fitting is sold without a bulb, allowing you to choose the colour temperature (warm or cool) according to your room. We recommend a standard LED bulb (compatible fitting) for maximum longevity. Professional installation recommended.
Stone careTravertine is a natural porous stone. For cleaning, simply use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh detergents that could alter the natural patina of the stone and wood.
The cavities, the veins, the irregularities — these are the marks of a living rock. At Körven, we do not correct them. We celebrate them.
