The Kanso wall light embodies the Japanese aesthetic principle of essential simplicity. Its architecture, a travertine plate with clean lines softened by a single curve, serves as a setting for the light in a silent dialogue between stone and glass.
Adaptable to your wishes, it can be installed vertically to underline a ceiling height, or horizontally to create a soothing vanishing line. This flexibility lets you compose unique graphic rhythms, alone or in groups.
Carved from genuine travertine, the base reveals the raw beauty of the material with its natural veining that makes every light a unique piece. The opaline glass globe, for its part, casts an even, restful light, ideal for a bedroom or hallway.
The cavities, the veins, the irregularities — these are the marks of a living rock. At Körven, we do not correct them. We celebrate them.
